These guys are amazing and they will be getting all of my auto business in the future. I have had my Audi for 11 years so have tried a few other German auto body shops and these guys are the best by far!! My only regret is that I didn't try this shop sooner. In this day and age great service and value is everything which Germanic Auto Specialties delivers. Fantastic level of service (offered to send a technician to our house when I had a battery issue), extremely knowledgeable and practical approach which is truly appreciated as I do not know cars at all. I took my Audi here to get the oil changed and brakes inspected due to the censor light coming on (which ended up needing a full replacement). They did a full thorough inspection of everything on the car but I didn't walk away with a long list of unnecessary recommendations for work that needed to be done - which has happened at other places. Wayne and Clay showed me all the work that was done and carefully explained my invoice and did not gouge me on the labour. Try this shop for sure if you need work done to your vehicle.

In summer of 2018 your amazing crew assisted us in a pinch when our 1997 Eurovan broke down outside of Drummheller, AB. The failure point was an incorrect alternator which had been installed by a local outfit in our hometown of Bozeman, Montana. After our van was unloaded from the tow-carrier, Wayne and company quickly identified the incorrect equipment, educated us on what was wrong, sourced the correct parts and installed them. All this was executed on the fly at your busy operation, we were eternally grateful. I've always meant to send a card... but we're bad at thank you's. So please, let me say THANK YOU!

I would just like to thank the mechanics and staff at Germanic Auto. I was quoted nearly a double cost for a repair at two other mechanical shops and would have to leave my vehicle for at least two days for the parts to arrive that Germanic Auto did the same day my car was booked in for a fraction of the cost. Other repairs that were quoted I was shown were not required at this time. I will schedule those repairs when they are due. These guys are knowledgeable and trustworthy. It sure is rewarding to find a repair shop that truly takes your interests to heart. I would highly recommend this shop for any automotive repairs.

I have had my VW Golf for nearly 7years now. I did not like the service or pricing at the dealer, and another performance VW shop in town had good service, but their prices were quite high. Germanic Auto provides me with excellent advice, excellent service, and very good prices. I recommend them for anyone that has a VW.

A less than satisfactory dealership service put my wife on an internet search where she found a firm specializing in German cars (Germanic Auto). We have two different VW models: a Jetta and a Rabbit. I booked an appointment and asked them to take a look. They presented me with a list of important areas needing new parts or adjustments. At 70,000 Kms this is not surprising. Later taking the car out on the road the motor was quieter, the acceleration better, the ride was smoother and the noises in the back were gone. I felt I had a new car. If you need a mileage checkup then Germanic Auto is the place.

Absolute A+ all around! Knowledgeable, friendly, informative, patient, HONEST, and fast! We could not ask for a better experience. My baby is purring like a kitten instead of squealing like a banshee (with the Las Vegas strip on my dashboard)! You will get all of our business from here on out, and we will tell everyone to do the same.

I had my motor replaced here on my VW, it was a very big job, they handled it quickly and efficiently and kept me up to date as to what was being done. The staff is very friendly and willing to help in any way. After the job was done they followed up with me to ensure no issues were found. Went in for my 1st appointment ever - they made me feel like I was the only client they had that day. They brought me back into the shop to show me a few things first hand, I like that, they made reasonable suggestions and did not make a mountain out of a molehill if you know what I mean - I would refer them.

They take the time to listen to what you have to say. They aren't just nodding and thinking this person is an idiot they respect that you drive the car every day and that you might just be able to help them diagnose the issue. The shop is impeccable and the mechanics WANT to talk to you about the vehicle. 

I have since referred two other German cars to their shop and will continue to each time I find out someone drives a German.

I have been taking all my vehicles there for years. They are honest and always provide sound advice and recommendations. I just took my truck in and it ended up needing a lot of work. Once again Wayne detailed everything and provided advice on what was absolutely required and what can wait. I can't say enough good things about them!

Greatest place in Calgary for VW Audi. One stop here and you will forever forget the name of your VW dealer. Refreshing to talk to folks who actually know what they are talking about. No BS here. Just many years of VW experience. They actually phoned me a few days after my repair just to make sure it was all done to my satisfaction. No BS, 10 out of 10 marks required survey, a real live concerned phone call. Great work, fair price, done once.

Germanic Auto” name was given to me from a regular customer of theirs that had dealt with them for years. It's a family business and still family run. What a treat! The work I needed was done on schedule and to the price quoted. I have been back several times and have recommended them to other friends. My only complaint is you better book ahead. They are almost always backed up with work which I guess shows a good thing. I am a happy repeat customer. Thanks for the great service.

No doubt the best VW/Audi repair shop in. We drive from outside Fernie for repairs on our 09 Audi A6. Have never been disappointed with the straight up honest service. Will put these guys ahead of anyone for all our vehicle needs. 5 star service!
